This page explains how to obtain the current Subprocessor List and receive change notices under the GoNovus Data Processing Addendum at https://gonovus.ai/legal/dpa.
Request the current list
For the current Subprocessor List, including providers, purposes, data processed, and processing locations relevant to the Service, email support@gonovus.ai with the subject "Subprocessor list request".
Subscribe to changes
To receive notice of changes, email support@gonovus.ai with the subject "Subprocessor updates". Customer's notice contact in the Order Form receives change notices automatically.
Notice and objections
GoNovus will give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a Subprocessor, by email to Customer's notice contact and subscribers. Notices identify the intended change. Customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds within the notice period, as described in Section 7 of the DPA.
Urgent changes
If a replacement is urgently needed for security or continuity, GoNovus will give notice as soon as possible, and the same objection right applies.
