6. Governing Terms
This Order Form incorporates the Northbyte Master Services Agreement v1.0 (https://gonovus.ai/legal/msa/v1.0), DPA v1.0 (https://gonovus.ai/legal/dpa/v1.0), Security Annex v1.0 (https://gonovus.ai/legal/security/v1.0) and SLA v1.0 (https://gonovus.ai/legal/sla/v1.0), together with the supplied Subprocessor Register identified above. The Order Form controls commercial conflicts subject to MSA Section 1.5: the DPA governs Personal Data processing and mandatory EU SCC / UK Addendum provisions prevail. Customer-specific transfer details and signatures also complete the incorporated transfer terms where applicable.
